Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Christine is a Lead Advanced Level Physiotherapist with nearly 20 years’ experience. Since graduating from Cardiff University Christine has worked in the NHS and private sector in a variety of musculoskeletal settings, including outpatients, sports clinics, hydrotherapy and orthopaedics.

She always strives to gain further knowledge and skills in order to provide a comprehensive service to her clients. To make a difference to your health, she will listen to you to understand your symptoms, how they’re affecting you, and what your goals for recovery are. Explaining what the symptoms mean and understanding them and what is safe to do really helps with taking control back and starting the recovery process.
