Why Physiotherapy?

We offer treatment covering a wide range of conditions ranging from upper and lower limbs to spinal and orthopaedic problems.

We have strong connections with many local orthopaedic consultants and have an excellent track record in post-surgery rehabilitation. We also provide 1-2-1 Pilates instruction ideally suited to beginners or patients recovering from injuries.

We recognise that each patient is unique, that's why we provide a range of physio treatments from short courses to extended rehabilitation programmes - tailored to your exact needs.

You will receive a consultation with your physiotherapist, which includes your medical history and a physical exam, to determine the most appropriate/effective course of treatment.

Katrine Ross Senior Physiotherapist About

Katrine Ross

Senior Physiotherapist

How can I help you improve your health?

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2014 from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Since qualifying I have worked in private practice in Australia and after moving to Scotland (after hearing about the great weather) I have worked as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in Occupational Health in Glasgow. Through these I have experience in working with clients affected from a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders from acute and chronic injuries, to work related and postural conditions. I joined Nuffield Health September 2019.

I am passionate about making sure people achieve their goals whether it is being able to work pain free, walking for longer or getting back to playing their chosen sport. I have a particular interest in hip and knee musculoskeletal conditions and have attended various courses on both. I have played a variety of sports throughout the years so understand the varying demands placed on the body and tailor your exercise programme to help achieve the best outcomes for you. My pet sports are running, swimming, tennis and Tae Kwondo.
