Performance Excellence - Brand Behaviours

We introduced the ‘The Nuffield Way of Leading’ at the beginning of 2013 to our senior leaders; these are the leadership behaviours all our leaders need in order to achieve our strategic priorities and deliver our brand promise: Enterprising, Passionate, Independent and Caring.

We are now introducing these for all leaders and managers. The Brand Leadership Programme will give you an insight into what this means to you as a leader.

We are also introducing our Team Behaviours for all colleagues, which are similar to the Leadership Behaviours but aimed at those who don’t manage others.

These have replaced the competency framework we previously had.
