Gender pay gap report
Read our 2023 report
The law requires organisations with more than 250 employees to report their gender pay gap statistics. To ensure this is carried out in a consistent format, data is captured on a ‘snapshot’ day during the month of April of the relevant year.
Although not yet a legal requirement, we’ve included our ethnicity pay gap statistics in our 2023 report. We believe it’s important to be transparent and take steps to understand reasons for any imbalance.
We’re committed to diversity, inclusion, cohesion and equality, and our 2023 report gives more details of our goals and achievements. Our aim is to build and maintain a thriving and vibrant culture, where everyone feels listened to and valued as an individual.
