Jess Kydd-Coutts
Jess began her career in one of London’s major teaching hospitals before specialising in pelvic health and ultimately becoming team lead at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in central London. Jess joined Nuffield Health in 2024. Her area of clinical expertise lies in treating pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in women of all ages. This includes identifying symptoms of vaginal prolapse, bladder issues and symptoms of bowel problems.
Pregnancy can be a difficult time both physically and mentally, especially if you’re suffering with back pain or pelvic floor symptoms. Changes to your weight, hormone levels, and your response to pain can also make existing back pain worse in pregnancy.
