Sam Graham
Sam began working at Nuffield Health as a Digital Copywriter, before becoming a Content Editor, focusing on charity initiatives. Sam has a passion for fitness and wellbeing, and has practised yoga for over 10 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided to do the 200-hour yoga teacher training to further her understanding of the spiritual discipline. Alongside her Content Editor role she now writes about yoga, while also being the yoga subject matter expert for Nuffield Health 24/7.
