Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes launches Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre Tunbridge Wells, complete with new medical centre

The unique Nuffield Health concept of complete health and wellbeing is reinforced by the addition of an in-house medical centre. During the event guests were able to take a tour of the new medical centre which offers full health screenings, physiotherapy and corporate wellbeing services. Attendees also had the chance to enter a prize draw, enjoy a free mini-manicure, compete in gym challenges and meet the physiotherapy and swim teams. There were also a range of activities on offer for children to enjoy.

Every member can benefit from a free comprehensive Health MOT to give a clear picture of their personal health status and an individual plan to get and keep them fit and healthy for life, whether they need a personal training programme, physiotherapy treatment or to attend a range of exercise classes.
