Nasal Septal Perforation
The wall that separates the two sides of your nostrils is called the nasal septum. A tear or gap in the septum is called a septal perforation.
Symptoms of septal perforation may include:

- Runny nose
- Nasal blockage
In most cases septal perforation are treated using sterile solution to bathe the area and a cream to keep the area moist - preventing a scab from forming.
Our experienced ENT consultants can diagnose and treat nasal septal perforation in a hospital near you.
