Dr Alam has special interests in musculoskeletal ultrasound (including tendons/Morton's neuroma/soft tissue lesions), ultrasound guided local anaesthetic and steroid injections (including sub-acromial bursal/Morton's neuroma/ tendon sheath for tenosynovitis/joints), fluroscopic-guided diagnostic and therapeutic joint injections (all joints), facet and sacro-iliac joint blocks, musculoskeletal MRI and MRI arthrograms, musculoskeletal CT and vertebroplasty.
