About
Dr Anita Amin is a Consultant Dermatologist. In her National Health Service practice, she is the Lead Consultant Dermatologist at Western Sussex Hospitals. Prior to this, she was the Lead Consultant Dermatologist covering East Sussex for East Sussex Healthcare and Cancer Lead for Brighton and Hove. She has a wealth of experience in diagnosing and treating skin cancer. She does fast-track 2-week wait clinics and attends the hospital skin cancer multidisciplinary team (MDT). She specialises in general adult and paediatric dermatology and has a great deal of experience in managing inflammatory skin rashes including eczema (atopic dermatitis), psoriasis, and the management of acne in all age groups.
She graduated from Cambridge University Medical School and has worked internationally in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
Dr. Amin offers private clinics in Brighton on a Friday morning, or patients can have a teledermatology virtual consultation in the comfort of their own home.
