About
Dr O’Connell graduated from the University of London, Middlesex Hospital Medical School. He then furthered his knowledge in child health and Anaesthesia at the Royal College of Surgeons after which he became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians, U.K. Following many more years of continued education, Dr O'Connell achieved a Certificate of Specialist Training GMC TM (paediatrics).
Dr John P. O’Connell is a consultant paediatrician with special interests in Paediatric neurodisability, respiratory, rheumatology and rehabilitation medicine.
He is an Acute general paediatrician who takes great interest in Osteopenia in children with neurodisability and is now a Medical Director of the rehabilitation unit at The Children’s Trust in Surrey.
