About
Dr Katherine Gilmore is a consultant in community gynaecology and sexual and reproductive healthcare in South Tyneside and Sunderland. She leads the complex menopause service in South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust and is clinical lead of the contraception services across South Tyneside and Gateshead sexual health.
She is recognised as a specialist and trainer with the British Menopause Society and has attained the Diploma in psychosexual medicine from the Institute of Psychosexual Medicine and the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology professional certificate in psychosexual therapy.
Dr Gilmore offers a holistic approach to women’s healthcare, ensuring patients have the information that they need to make an informed decision about their treatment.
