Dr Taylor is a Consultant Paediatric Neurologist. Originally from Northern Ireland, he is now based in Leeds Children’s Hospital where he has a specialist interest in Dravet Syndrome, Headache, and Epilepsy.
He has significant experience in the assessment, investigations, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of neurological disorders in children including:
- Neurodevelopmental disorders such as Developmental delay
- Headaches/Migraine
- Gait disorders such as toe walking
- Movement disorders
- Epilepsy
- Cerebral Palsy
Dr Taylor is passionate about keeping abreast of developments in his field, and is actively involved in multiple research endeavours, publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr Taylor is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds in addition to undertaking supervision and training of other professionals within his NHS role.
