About
Paul Rees is an experienced consultant in cardiology and internal medicine. He has subspecialty training in interventional cardiology, treating heart disease using minimally-invasive stent procedures. He sees all general cardiology and general medical patients, with a special interest in the assessment of chest pain, high blood pressure, and palpitations. He is also experienced in managing high-risk occupational groups such as divers and motorsport professionals.
Paul Rees also consults at Barts Heart Centre in London - one of the world's largest cardiac centres. He is also working hard to help improve cardiac care in the UK, and co-chairs the British Cardiovascular Society's cardiac arrest focus group, and regularly speaks at national and international meetings about emergency heart care.
