About
Dr Baker sees patients of all ages returning them to sport, work or leisure activities safely and quickly. She does this by providing a bespoke management and rehabilitation plan and often works as part of a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, podiatry and other allied health professionals. Where appropriate she will provide a one-stop service and perform diagnostic ultrasound within the consultation. She also delivers clinically guided and ultrasound guided injections to reduce pain and facilitate rehabilitation.
Her practice includes the diagnosis and management of a broad range of issues such as neck related headaches, concussion, shoulder pain including rotator cuff disease, impingement, frozen shoulder and instability, elbow and wrist pain. She also treats hip and groin, knee, ankle and foot pain including overuse injuries and those that are traumatic and those recovering from Long COVID.
Historically
she have worked for the military at Headley Court leading their tendinopathy
service and developing their COVID rehabilitation service. She has also been involved with a variety of
other elite sports, such as Northampton Saints rugby, Arsenal Women FC, Chelsea
academy, and GB handball including at the London 2012 Olympics.
