About
Dr Sian Ludman is a Paediatric Allergy Consultant in Devon. She was a national allergy GRID trainee in London, training at some of the largest Paediatric allergy centres in Europe, including St Mary's Hospital and St Thomas Hospital.
She completed undergraduate training at the University of Wales, College of Medicine, before moving to London for specialist paediatric training. She completed the Allergy MSc at Imperial College London with Distinction, and is one of the few UK allergists to hold the European Diploma of Allergology.
She has conducted collaborative research between Dr Philippe Eigenmann (Switzerland) and Dr Du Toit in London and has published work in several international journals on the subjects of Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis, Cow's milk allergy, Oral Allergy Syndrome in children, venom immunotherapy and the use of oral food challenges.
She specialises in all areas of paediatric allergy and believes in treating the whole spectrum of atopy including food allergy, eczema, urticaria, asthma, rhinitis, hay fever and drug allergy.
