Dr Sonia Dudeja

I am a GP with a special interest in women’s health, perimenopause, and menopause care, with extensive experience in both NHS and private sectors. I hold an MRCGP from the East England Deanery, a Diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, and membership in the British Menopause Society.

My specialties include women's health, contraception, and menopause management. I have a particular interest in menopause, having gained substantial experience in managing its symptoms and recognising the positive effects of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) on women’s lives.

As a proponent of holistic healthcare, I offer a range of services, from HRT to personalised diet and exercise plans. This reflects my commitment to a balanced lifestyle, which is also evident in my personal interests, such as yoga, tennis, and spending time with my family.

I consider healthcare a calling and am dedicated to empowering women to lead healthier, more fulfilled lives. By providing comprehensive support for various women’s health issues—from PCOS and endometriosis to menopause and lifestyle changes—I aim to deliver care with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach.
