About
Dr Sevitt trained at Cambridge University and Addenbrookes Hospital Medical School. After general medical training in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, he moved to London to work at the Royal Marsden Hospital.
He then trained in Clinical Oncology in the London training scheme. He worked at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia as a Fellow prior to appointment as a consultant at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust
He is the NIHR sub-speciality lead for lung cancer research in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. In addition, Dr Sevitt is a Training Program Director for Clinical Oncology speciality training
Special interests
Lung and Gastrointestinal cancer Chemoradiation, intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic radiotherapy (SABR) and systemic treatments. |
