Dr Vincent Khoo

Dr Vincent Khoo is a Consultant in Clinical Oncology and Head of Department of Clinical Oncology at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust (RMT), Honorary Consultant at St George’s Hospital incorporating the Atkinson Morley Wing, Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Cancer Research, University of London and Honorary Associate Professor at the Austin Health, Department of Medicine, University of Melbourne.

He qualified in medicine in 1985 and has worked in clinical oncology in UK, USA and Australia. He specialises in urological cancers and leads the Urology-Oncology Unit at the RMT Chelsea.

He is a member of several national and international committees including UK National Cancer Research Institute (NCRI) Clinical and Translational Radiotherapy Group, National Radiotherapy Implementation Group, NCRI Prostate Cancer Clinical Studies Group, NCRI Penile Cancer Clinical Studies Group, Clinical Trials Awards and Advisory Committee (CTACC) Cancer Research UK., UK Familial Prostate Cancer, Clinical Oncology Editorial Board, ESTRO and ECCO scientific sub-committees.

He is advisory and reviewer for several cancer funds and international journals. He has research interests in combined modality therapy including targeted agents, multi-modality imaging, technical and image guided radiotherapy.
