About

Adam is the only sub-specialty fellowship-trained ophthalmologist practicing in the private sector in Kent in Paediatric Ophthalmology, Adult Squint and Neuro-ophthalmology. He sees children and adults in the clinic at the Tunbridge Wells Eye Centre, operates on both children and adults at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells and performs Botulinum Toxin treatment exclusively for adult squints at Maidstone Hospital.

After medical school at Cambridge and Manchester, Adam trained under a number of internationally acclaimed Consultants at the National Hospital for Neurology and  Neurosurgery at Queen Square, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. Adam has been a Consultant Ophthalmologist since 2006 at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust where he is lead of the Paediatric Ophthalmology, Adult Squint and Neuro-ophthalmology services. He is National Lead for Ophthalmology Trainee recruitment for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
