About

Mr Mortimer was appointed as an NHS Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Sunderland Royal Hospital in 2016. He moved to the South West for family reasons, becoming a Consultant in O&G at North Devon District Hospital in December 2019. He became Lead Clinician at NDDH in April 2021.
Mr Mortimer trained in the North East in General O&G but specialised in Urogynaecology, training in two tertiary-level hospitals.

Mr Mortimer is happy to see patients without a GP referral and can provide ultrasound assessment at the time of consultation if this is indicated.
