Mr Chung is a consultant general and colorectal surgeon working at St George’s and Parkside Hospitals. He has been fully trained in all aspects of General Surgery. He specialises in Colorectal surgery and Laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, with particular interests in colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and complex hernia surgery.
Research for his MD from The University of London was based at St Mark’s Hospital and at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, focussed on gut function. He completed higher surgical training in the SW Thames region and is fully trained in complex open and laparoscopic procedures. He completed a Fellowship at Guy’s.
