About

Mr Martin is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, practicing at The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. He trained in the North West Region and under took a Fellowship at the world renowned Wrightington Hospital for Joint Diseases, and was appointed as a consultant in 2004.

Mr Martin’s main interests are lower limb orthopaedics, including primary and revision hip and knee replacement, soft tissue and arthroscopic surgery of the knee, as well as sports injuries. He has considerable experience in minimally invasive unicompartmental knee replacement and has given a number lectures on the subject, as well as published materials.
