Mr Jan’s primary focus centres around the implementation of cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments, always prioritising the comfort and safety of his patients. Mr. Jan takes a holistic approach to ensure the provision of the highest quality individualized care.

As a leading BSGE-accredited surgeon specializing in minimally invasive endometriosis procedures, he possesses exceptional expertise in addressing various concerns, such as pelvic pain, endometriosis, adhesions, fibroids, ovarian cysts, heavy or irregular bleeding, prolapse, menopause, HRT, and severe premenstrual tension.

Furthermore, owing to his extensive experience and collaboration with The Centre for Reproductive Immunology and Pregnancy miscarriage clinics, he specializes in diagnosing and surgically treating conditions that may result in recurrent miscarriages and fertility issues. This includes performing hysteroscopy and treating fibroids, uterine septum, Asherman's syndrome, and fallopian tube surgery.

Mr Jan has been the recipient of numerous national and international awards for his scientific presentations in minimally invasive (Laparoscopic) gynaecology and gynaecological ultrasound, including 3D/4D imaging. As an accomplished researcher in the field of medicine, he has authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including randomised controlled trials and a book chapter.

Furthermore, as an accredited teacher and instructor, Mr Jan collaborates closely with various institutions, including the Royal College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and the Minimal Access Therapy Training Unit, to provide training to fellow medical professionals in gynaecological surgery and emergency obstetrics.
