About
Mr Hari Nageswaran is a Consultant Upper-Gastrointestinal Surgeon specialising in weight loss interventions, keyhole gallbladder removal and hernia repairs. He is currently an upper-GI surgical consultant at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board where he is involved in service development, research and medical education.
Mr Nageswaran completed medical training at University College London, and holds a research degree from University of Surrey, a medical education degree from University of Bristol and a BSc Psychology from University College London. After completing senior surgical training in Wales, he completed a Royal College of Surgeons-approved Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at North Bristol NHS Trust.
Mr Nageswaran is available for consultations at
Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital, where he specialises in minimally invasive
weight loss interventions including keyhole weight loss operations and
placement of the Allurion gastric balloon (which requires no anaesthetic or
endoscopy).
