Mr Michael Cadier

Mr Cadier graduated from Queens College University, Oxford in 1981, following a four-year Master's Degree in Biochemistry and subsequently obtained his medical degree from St Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London in 1986. He then spent the following six months undertaking further surgical and academic training in Lyon, France before joining a surgical rotation between Middlesex and University College Hospitals, London. During this time he spent six months in the professional Unit in Plastic Surgery led by Professor McGrouther. This was the first, and at that time, the only professional Unit in Plastic Surgery in the country. Mr Cadier continued his training in Plastic Surgery at Queen Mary’s, Roehampton, Wexham Park, London, Odstock Hospital, Salisbury and Frenchay Hospital, Bristol.

Mr Cadier has been undertaking private practice for over twenty years. He is committed to delivering a safe clinical practice ensuring that patients undergo aesthetic surgical procedures in as risk-free manner as possible. This starts right from the initial consultation with a detailed medical and surgical history being taken and a careful assessment of the patient and proposed treatment to ensure that it is appropriate to proceed. Since 2017 when Mr Cadier moved completely to private practice he has undertaken over 1500 face and neck lifts and similar numbers of breast augmentations, breast reductions, abdominoplasties, eyelid corrections and rhinoplasties. He has pioneered several new techniques in cosmetic surgery including bespoke facelifts, custom-made grafts in rhinoplasties and lipo-filling for transverse cervical rhytides. Mr Cadier is passionate about maintaining high standards of care, outcome and safety for his patients and ensuring that future generations of plastic surgeons are trained to the highest possible standards.
