Mr Nitesh Patel

Mr Nitesh Patel graduated from Manchester University in 1994 where he was awarded MBChB degree with honours. His basic surgical training was completed in London teaching hospitals leading to Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in England (FRCS) in 1999.

He completed his Higher Surgical Training in ENT Surgery and was awarded the Gold Medal by the Royal Society of Medicine for the National (UK) Intercollegiate examination in ENT Surgery with award of FRCS(ORL-HNS) in 2005.

He has been granted Certificate of Completion of Training by the Postgraduate Medical Education Training Board (UK) and currently holds substantive NHS consultant posts at Whipps Cross University and Newham University hospitals, Barts Health NHS Trust.

His NHS practice specialises in the treatment of Adults with ear problems and hearing disorders.

He has a subspecialist interest in tinnitus and functional ear symptoms (including ear pain/sensitivity, ear fullness/pressure and dizziness). He works alongside dedicated audiological scientists at The Tinnitus Clinic in Harley Street.

He has lectured and written articles on functional ear symptoms, tinnitus, vestibular migraine and Ménière's disease.
