About
Pierluigi is a Consultant Neurosurgeon with special interest in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery. He was employed as a Consultant Spinal Neurosurgeon at Ipswich and Broomfield Hospital in 2018. Prior to this, he also worked as Locum Consultant Neurosurgeon at Addenbrooke’s Hospital for 4 years. He completed spinal fellowships in Addenbrooke's, Norfolk & Norwich and Queen’s Square Hospitals.
Pierluigi works on all aspects of adult spinal pathologies including degenerative / wear and tear conditions, trauma, tumours and infections. His practice is strongly based on minimally invasive (keyhole) techniques. He remains active in research and continuously audits his practice in order to give patients the best care possible.
