About

Mr El Daief is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust. He trained in the Mersey Deanery and obtained his Membership to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2012. He is a modest, empathetic and driven clinician and his main priority is putting his patients' best interests first.

Mr El Daief has a primary special interest in Urogynaecology, urinary incontinence (including Bulkamid bladder neck injection), vaginal and pelvic floor surgery for uterovaginal prolapse or pelvic floor injury, urodynamics, Benign Gynaecology (menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts) and minimal access surgery.

Other Clinical expertise:

  • Cystoscopy (endoscopic examination of the bladder), bladder biopsies and bladder injection of muscle relaxants
  • Hysteroscopy (endoscopic examination of the womb) including biopsy, dilatation, curettage and removal of polyps +/- Mirena IUD insertion
  • Menstrual disorders
  • Laparoscopic or minimal access surgery for Endometriosis, Ovarian cyst removal, Female sterilisation, Ectopic pregnancy removal, Removal of Vaginal and vulval lesions

He works at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital on Monday afternoons; however, he can be very flexible to consult at other times.
