About

Mr Shailish Kulkarni is a Consultant Urologist at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital and specialises in male and female urology including benign prostate investigation and treatment (HOLEP, Urolift, and Aquablation), diagnostic investigations for prostate cancer. He provides a paediatric urology service for conditions such as phimosis, congenital inguinal hernia, undescended testis, retractile testis, nocturnal enuresis and UTI.
Mr Kulkarni has more than 20 years’ experience as a Urologist. Having been trained in India and then in the UK, he is proficient in management of most of the Urological problems.
He is a lead clinician for female urology and Paediatric Urology in King George and Queens Hospitals.
Mr Kulkarni uses the Aquablation therapy procedure which is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Other interests

Mr Kulkarni has a special interest in the incontinence and bladder dysfunction and has been trained nationally and internationally by experts in female and male incontinence.
