Patient Testimonial
“I had very unsightly varicose veins on my right leg which, although not painful in any way, made me feel very self-conscious and restricted what I could wear and therefore do; for instance, I had stopped going swimming because I felt I could not “be seen” in a swimsuit.
I had laser surgery in July and was very happy with the result – I had attended the event organised in May and was reassured that it was something that would not require lengthy recovery time and so went ahead with it.
I am pleased to say that I was walking in the park on the day following the surgery, had no major discomfort and did not need any painkillers! The result is very good, I had not realised how much I was affected by this until now. I should have done it much sooner!
I now have a lot more confidence and a lot more freedom in the things I wear and what I do which I did not think would ever happen again! I would definitely recommend the procedure to anyone in this situation. It was quick, everything was efficient and it did not place many restrictions on the things I wanted to do.”
