About
Ms Leung completed her higher surgical training in orthopaedics on the Trent rotation and completed two and a half years of further specialist training in spinal surgery at Nottingham University NHS Trust and the University of Hong Kong, Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital under Professor Luk.

Research
Ms Leung actively participates and understands the importance of being involved in research into spinal conditions. Her main interests are metastatic spinal tumours and degenerative spinal conditions. She has also conducted research into the use of biologics in spinal surgery, neurophysiological monitoring in patients with intrinsic spinal problems and radiological imaging of spinal injuries (e.g. 4D ultrasound).
