Getting you started

To start, you’ll receive a series of emails with instructions on your next steps in the run up to your assessment. This includes completing your online health risk assessment and any preparation tasks before your assessment.

If you’re confused at any stage, we’ll point you in the right direction and make sure you have access to all the information you need.

Step 1 Invitation

You’ll receive an introduction to book your Health Assessment with us. This will arrive by email and include instructions about how to start your Health Assessment journey with us.

Step 2 Booking

Booking your Health Assessment couldn’t be easier.

You’ll receive an invitation email showing how to book your Health Assessment online. Booking online is the quickest and most efficient way to book your Health Assessment with us.

If you want to book your appointment over the phone, you can do so by calling us on 0345 230 2040. Please note that we accept calls Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00.

Step 3 Trium^® online health risk assessment

At Nuffield Health, we use Trium to conduct an online health risk assessment.

Trium helps us learn more about you, your medical history, and how we can structure your Health Assessment to best benefit you.

To make things easy, we send everyone an email with instructions on how to complete this risk assessment questionnaire before their appointment.

Step 4 Health Assessment

We use the data from your Trium assessment to understand more about your current condition and the risk-factors that may be impacting it.

On the day of your Health Assessment, we’ll take you through a series of biometric and pathology-focused tests that help us learn more about your current health and wellbeing and how you can improve it in the future.

Step 5 Personalised Health Assessment report

After your assessment, you’ll receive a report containing any findings and recommendations we have made during your assessment. This report is tailored to you and will arrive within two weeks.

This unique report includes your test results, clinical advice, and any follow up recommendations your clinician may have made during your assessment.
