Corporate Codes
How do I use my corporate code?
Just enter your code when prompted during the checkout process. Your discount will be applied to your membership rate.
My corporate code isn’t working
Sorry about that. Usually, codes can’t be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. Please also check that the code/link you are using is not out of date. For further help, please call customer services on 0370 218 5742.
Can I use more than one corporate code?
Unfortunately you can only use one code at a time. If you enter more than one code, only the latest code you entered will be applied to your membership.

Membership Options
Do you offer a joint membership option?
Yes. Two adults living at the same address can purchase a joint membership. For more information about this option please contact your local club.
What is a corporate membership?
A corporate membership is a discounted membership rate that an employer offers its staff. Check with your employer to see if this benefit is available to you.
Who is eligible for a student membership?
Student memberships are available to anyone over 18 in full-time education, with a valid student ID.

Payments & Direct Debits
What payment options are there?
To pay monthly for your membership, this must be by direct debit. If you choose our prepaid payment option, you can pay online by debit or credit card.
What happens if I miss a direct debit payment?
If you miss a payment, we will ask you to pay by cash, debit or credit card. While you owe a payment, you will not be allowed to access any of our clubs.
