LES MILLS BARRE™ is a 30-minute ballet inspired style of training that works to shape and tone your whole body. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

If you’re seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE™. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE™ is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
What to expect:
We begin with a warm-up followed by a sequence of
cardio-esque training, building to a cardio peak. We then move into ballet strength, using
light weights, and finish with a targeted balletic conditioning to complete your
full body training.

Suitable for:
You don’t need to be a ballerina to participate in this style of training - beginners are welcome. This is also a suitable exercise to participate in during pregnancy.
What to bring?
All the equipment needed (small free weights) will be provided in the class. You will need to bring a water bottle, towel and comfortable clothing including socks as you’ll be removing your shoes (ballet shoes are optional).
