What are Nuffield Health gym day passes?
If you're considering signing up for a membership or want a friend to join you at the gym, Nuffield Health occasionally offers complimentary day passes to guests. With over 111 gyms nationwide, a day pass is an excellent way to explore and experience the gym's state-of-the-art equipment, swim in the pool and relax in the sauna or steam room before committing to a membership.
1 and 3 day passes
1-day and 3-day passes are periodically offered by some of our gyms for customers who have not used our facilities before. If a free pass is not available, members can purchase passes for guests at their local Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. Please note, that all guest visits are subject to the discretion of the local gym management.
7 and 14 day passes
Our 7-day and 14-day passes are currently not available and are only offered on special occasions or events.
How can I check if my local gym offers a free day pass?
For customers who have not yet visited a Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, you can easily find your nearest gym by clicking here. On the gym's page, you'll find an option to download a free day pass or book a tour at the top of the page, just underneath the main image.
If you see a book a tour button, unfortunately, day passes are not available for this gym at the moment. But you can book a tour to view the gym and the facilities if you are considering becoming a member. All passes are for 18+.
