Kettlebells

A Kettlebell is a cast iron weight, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a cannonball with a handle.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A popular group exercise class (especially with our female members) which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

NuCycle

Group cycling, with a difference. NuCycle offers a variety of classes from fully immersive to fun loving. Try out our uniquely designed rooms, purpose built with you in mind.

Pilates

A popular body conditioning class which helps build strength from the inside out, re-balancing the body and improving your posture; helping you achieve the perfect balance between strength and flexibility.

Yoga

Yoga is all about creating balance in your body and mind, while developing both your strength and flexibility. There are three different Yoga classes available at Surbiton Fitness & Wellbeing Centre; Beginners Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and normal Yoga.

Zumba®

A fun dance-fitness class, incorporating Latin and world styles of dance, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout.
