A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates inspired workout that leaves you long, strong, calm and centred.

A challenging mix of martial arts and endurance, unleashing strength you never knew you had.

BODYPUMP™

The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time.

GRIT™

A series of group exercise classes which combine short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery.

Kettlebells

A Kettlebell is a cast iron weight, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a cannonball with a handle.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A popular group exercise class (especially with our female members) which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

Yoga

A spiritual discipline which includes breath control, meditation, and the adoption of specific postures to aid health and relaxation.

Zumba®

A fun dance-fitness class, incorporating Latin and world styles of dance, creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout.
