Kate Farrow – Health System Director
Kate joined Parkside Hospital & Cancer Centre London as Health System Director in March 2023 having previously worked at King Edward VII’s Hospital since 2019 both as Deputy CEO and Director of Operations.
She has also held several senior leadership roles within the NHS. Kate has a longstanding passion for delivering outstanding patient care and experience and building successful teams and has gathered a wealth of experience throughout her career working both in Canada and the UK and within both private and NHS hospitals.
She holds an MSc in Public Health and Health Promotion, as well as an Executive Certificate in Managing Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School.
Liz Dowling – Director of Nursing and Clinical Services
Liz has been at Aspen Healthcare for over 20 years, having joined the Group in 2000. As Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, Liz oversees the running of the Hospital to ensure the highest standards of clinical care. She is committed to improving patient outcomes and safety and is a role model and mentor to staff across CCL and Parkside, providing advice and support to promote good practice.
Keisha Robinson – Head of Radiotherapy and Quality
Keisha has been at CCL since 2005. She provides guidance, oversight and support for the continuing development of high-quality radiotherapy services for cancer patients attending CCL. She also has accountability for the nuclear medicine service and leads Quality Governance at CCL.
She is a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission where she accompanies representatives on inspections, providing specialist advice.
Isabel Patterson – Lead Oncology Nurse
Isabel has been at Cancer Centre London since 2007 and took on the role of Lead Oncology Nurse in 2016. She is passionate about improving cancer services at CCL in line with local and national objectives and quality initiatives, and is committed to improving the experience, clinical outcomes and safety of our patients.
Liz McElligott – Chief Pharmacist
Liz has been a key member of the CCL leadership team since CCL opened in 2003. As Chief Pharmacist, Liz and the Oncology Pharmacy team manage the medical oncology care of our cancer patients, ensuring a safe and personalised service of chemotherapy treatment and effective management of medicines procurement and provision.
Liz is responsible for providing strategic professional leadership, safe electronic prescribing and management of cancer treatment regimens, and successfully delivering a broad range of oncology pharmacy services.
Pinache Khan – Development Director
Pinache has been Development Director at CCL and Parkside since 2018. She has significant experience in both NHS and independent hospital settings and is a solutions-oriented individual committed to strategic healthcare development at CCL and patient safety.
Andrew Cowderoy – Director of Operations
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in operational and project management, team building and leadership, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, performance tracking, and supply chain management.
Some of the key projects Andrew has led or contributed to include the implementation of digital pathology, the introduction of Biobank, and the establishment of policy and process that promote culture and behaviour to strengthen operational efficiency. He is passionate about delivering positive outcomes with progressive and sustainable gains and transforming strategic ideas into operational reality.
