Concierge services available
The concierge team, led by experienced advisors, can assist you with the following:
- Travel arrangements: Chauffeur services for you and your loved ones, ensuring smooth transportation to and from the hospital.
- Domestic support: Housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and dry cleaning services.
- Personal assistance: Liaise with various suppliers, phone calls, research and sourcing, procurement services and arranging mobile beauty treatments.
- Virtual assistance: Help book hotels or serviced apartments for family and friends.
- Personal orientation services: Support with navigating the area for you and your family.
- Errands: Various errands including personal errands and grocery needs.
- Home management: Project manage tradesmen and mail management

By using our highly personalised concierge service you will be assigned a personal assistant who will be on hand to help you with anything you require before and during your stay, enabling you to concentrate on what is important to you – your health and your recovery.
How much will it cost?
- Time Lifestyle Management charges £30 per hour, and are not VAT registered. (Additional costs may apply)
- An initial deposit would be required from you or payment made upfront for supplier services
- A complimentary no-obligation consultation can be arranged.
