The front part of your eye including your iris (coloured part of your eye), cornea and lens are called the anterior segment.

Problems with this area of your eye can include:

Allergic reactions (swelling, redness, blurred vision, itching)
Cataracts
Reduction in vision clarity including short sightedness, long sightedness, astigmatism
Trauma to the eye
Conjunctivitis (inflammation of the front of the eye and the eyelid)
