You can choose from 800+ workout options, all available to stream right now, at home, with our without equipment. Les Mills™ on Demand offers a huge selection of cardio, strength and HIIT workouts as well as dance, mindfulness, post-natal and workouts for children, so there is something for everyone. And should you wish to continue beyond your free trial, Les Mills™ are offering a discounted rate for all Nuffield Health members.
