How do I book my space at a hospital open event?

Who can attend Open Events at Nuffield Health hospitals?

Our events are free and open to anyone wanting to learn more about treatments they’re interested in or conditions they’re concerned about. Attendees are in no way obligated to proceed with treatment at Nuffield Health.

How do I find open events to book into?

Navigate to nuffieldhealth.com/hospitals/events and choose your location and area of interest. When on a local hospital page, simply click on Events in the sub navigation for a list of events at that hospital.

How do I book my space?

When on the Event web page, click Book and fill out the details as prompted or call the phone number displayed.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

If there are spaces available, yes. When booking online, you will be prompted to indicate whether you are attending alone or with a guest. Select Me and a guest if you want to bring someone with you. If this option is not available, call the hospital to request an additional space. Ask the operator when booking over the phone.

How do I book a mini advice session at an open event?

Mini one-to-one advice sessions with a Consultant are often available at our events. If pre-bookable mini advice sessions are available as part of the event you have booked, you will be contacted to via the details you supplied at the time of booking to choose a time slot.

What if there are no spaces available at my chosen event?

If your chosen event is fully booked, the online booking system will invite you to register your interest. Fill out your details as prompted. If space becomes available, or a similar event is planned, you will be contacted. You can also search for upcoming events at your local Nuffield Health hospital via the events listing page.

What should I do if there are no events of interest at my local Nuffield Health hospital?

Open events run all year round but may only be displayed several weeks in advance. If you can’t find a relevant event but are interested in finding out more about treatments and procedures at Nuffield Health, contact the hospital by phone or make an online enquiry on the local hospital web page.

What do I do if I can no longer attend the event I booked?

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please call the hospital at your earliest convenience.

How will I know if the event is cancelled or details changed?

If an event is cancelled or its details change, you will be contacted via the details you supplied at the time of booking.
