Getting you started

To start, you’ll receive a series of emails with instructions on your next steps in the run up to your assessment. This includes completing your online health risk assessment and any preparation tasks before your assessment.

If you’re confused at any stage, we’ll point you in the right direction and make sure you have access to all the information you need.

Step 1 Invitation

You’ll receive an introduction to book your Health Assessment with us. This will arrive by email and include instructions about how to start your Health Assessment journey with us.

Step 2 Booking

Booking your Health Assessment couldn’t be easier.

You’ll receive an invitation email showing how to book your Health Assessment online. Booking online is the quickest and most efficient way to book your Health Assessment with us.

If you want to book your appointment over the phone, you can do so by calling us on 0345 230 2040. Please note that we accept calls Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00.

Step 3 Trium^® online health risk assessment

At Nuffield Health, we use Trium to conduct an online health risk assessment.

Trium helps us learn more about you, your medical history, and how we can structure your Health Assessment to best benefit you.

To make things easy, we send everyone an email with instructions on how to complete this risk assessment questionnaire before their appointment.

Step 4 Health Assessment

We use the data we get from Trium to tailor your Health Assessment to suit your unique needs. You can just as easily personalise your Health Assessment by choosing a module that looks right for you if you’d prefer.

On the day of your assessment, this is reflected in the modules you go through during your appointment.

Step 5 Follow up coaching

Depending on your package, you’ll receive two follow-up calls with a Physiologist to check your progress and see how you’re getting on after you leave us.

This part of your journey helps us understand how you’re implementing our recommendations and whether or not there’s more we can do to support you with your long-term health.
