Who is the Life 1 Health Assessment right for?
Our Life 1 Health Assessment is an online health screening that gives you the tools to take control of your overall health at home.
You’ll get detailed information about your current health and the conditions and risk factors that are of most concern to you. We’ll also use your Trium questionnaire data to provide expert health and wellbeing recommendations for you moving forward.

Trium is our online health risk assessment that helps us learn more about you and your overall health.
Your answers help us understand more about you and give us a detailed breakdown of your current health and the risk factors that affect it.
You may receive a call from a clinician if the results of your risk assessment flag something that needs discussing before your appointment.
