Life 2 Health Assessment
The Life 2 Health Assessment includes an in-person health screening conducted by an expert Physiologist and body measurement assessment. You’ll also receive a finger prick blood test analysis that measures your cholesterol profile, a digital report including your results, and two 15-minute follow-up coaching calls with a Physiologist to assess how you’re doing after your assessment.

Who is the Life 2 Health Assessment right for?
The Life 2 package is ideal if you’re looking to learn more about your health and wellbeing whilst still having a chance to get your key body measurements taken in a face-to-face setting.
Before your assessment
When you book your appointment, we’ll ask you to complete our online health risk questionnaire to help us tailor your assessment to your specific needs.
Trium®- our online health risk assessment
Trium is our online health risk assessment that includes a comprehensive questionnaire.
Your answers help us understand more about you and give us a detailed breakdown of your current health and the risk factors that affect it.
You may receive a call from a clinician if the results of your risk assessment flag something that needs discussing before your appointment.
Review your long-term condition risk
Using your answers, Trium will assess your risk for common conditions and diseases.
The conditions include:
- Stroke
- Heart disease
- Type 2 diabetes
- Breast cancer (females)
- Bowel cancer
- Prostate cancer (males)
- Lung cancer
During your assessment
Your Life 2 Health Assessment package includes a comprehensive face-to-face screening focusing on your key measurements, your overall health, and your risk of developing long-term health conditions.
On the day of your assessment, you’ll be taken through a series of biometric and pathology focused tests.
Your results will help you make a realistic and informed health and lifestyle choices in the future.

- NICE aligned referral pathway in absence of doctor
Core pathology
As part of your assessment, we’ll conduct a finger prick blood test to read your:
- Cholesterol profile (total, HDL, Non-HDL, LDL, triglycerides, HDL:cholesterol ratio)
- HbA1c (if clinically indicated)
By drawing and analysing your blood, we’ll assess your cholesterol and blood sugar levels to help spot some of the early warning signs of certain long-term health conditions.
After your assessment
Personalised Health Assessment report
After your assessment, you’ll receive a Personalised Health Assessment report that’s tailored to you.
This unique report includes your test results and any follow up recommendations your clinician may have made during your assessment.
Expert referrals
Following your Health Assessment, your Doctor may recommend a referral to a relevant service based on the results of your blood test.
Follow-up coaching calls
Alongside your report, you’ll also get the chance to discuss your results and recommendations with an expert Physiologist.
This is an opportunity to unpack and explore the expert lifestyle advice you’ve been given and to make sure you’re confident moving forward following your assessment.
Repeat access to Trium®
After your assessment, you’ll maintain access to Trium. Trium gives you detailed information about your health and wellbeing, along with tailored advice that’s based around your online health risk assessment answers.

As part of your Health Assessment follow-up package, you’ll also receive a complementary 30-day free Nuffield Health gym membership for use at any of our sites up and down the country. You can discuss the option of a 30-day free gym pass with your clinicians.
