How do I choose which modules I’d like to cover?
Before your Health Assessment you’ll receive an email from us prompting you to choose the module(s) you’d like to work on during your time with us.
You can use Trium to select modules for you based on the answers you gave during your initial health screening questionnaire. Trium will make detailed recommendations that are suited to your current health requirements, situation, and body composition.
Alternatively, you can choose to change the recommended module(s) to one that you feel is most relevant to your current health concerns.
The Life Online Health Assessment
Our Life Online Health Assessment is a highly flexible remote assessment designed to fit around your busy lifestyle.
Focused on coaching, this package includes a 30-minute physiology module, a health screening, and dedicated time with a clinician to deepen your understanding of key health risks and lifestyle factors that matter to you.

The Life Online+ Health Assessment
Our Life Online+ Health Assessment features an online 30-minute physiology module and an assessment kit you can complete at home.
Focused on coaching, this personalised online assessment uses innovative Trium data to focus on key health risks and how long-term lifestyle changes can impact your overall health and wellbeing.

A self-testing kit you can complete at home
At home or in clinic blood test

The Pro Online Health Assessment
he Pro Online Health Assessment is our most comprehensive online assessment.
Focused on coaching, this package includes an at-home assessment kit, access to a full blood test analysis, and one 30-minute module led by a Physiologist and a 30-minute consultation with a Doctor.
