You may receive a call from a clinician if the results of your risk assessment flag something that needs discussing before your appointment.
Module Selection

-
Physiology modules
-
Posture and movement health
Musculoskeletal conditions are a leading cause of chronic pain, disability, workplace absence, and productivity loss in the UK. Many of us live with pain without ever finding out why or addressing the root cause of our condition.
During your assessment a health and wellbeing Physiologist will perform a series of tests to assess your range of motion and movement capability. This screening focuses on mobility, stability, and strength to determine what areas may be causing you pain and discomfort.
Following this module, you’ll work with a Physiologist to make positive and proactive changes to your posture and your work, home, and exercise routines.
-
Cancer risk reduction
Your lifestyle and personal choices have a large impact on your risk level for certain types of cancer.
This module involves working with a Physiologist to determine how certain risk factors may increase your likelihood of developing breast, bowel, or lung cancer. Our Physiologist will work with you to create a personalised action plan to improve your lifestyle and modify any potentially harmful behaviours you may engage in.
This module is not suitable for those already been diagnosed with cancer.
-
Fitness
Your overall fitness level is a great indicator of how well your body is functioning daily.
This module involves a fitness test to assess your aerobic fitness and fitness age, a discussion of exercises to include, and how best to train in order to meet your short and long-term fitness goals.
This coaching session will also help you identify any changes you need to make to your diet, exercise levels and lifestyle to maximise your fitness and overall movement capability.
-
Stress and resilience management
We all feel stress from time to time, however the volume, timing, frequency, and way we manage stress can be problematic.
During your Health Assessment, we’ll work with you to assess your base stress levels and discuss how you respond to certain triggers. The tests we complete allow for consideration of your physiological response to stressors and discuss how you could make some modification or changes to your work and lifestyle routines.
Your Physiologist will create a tailored action plan for you with techniques and strategies that are best placed to help you and your unique responses to stressors.
-
Diabetes prevention
Diabetes is a serious condition that causes a person’s blood sugar levels to become too high. Over half a million people in the UK are living with diabetes without knowing it.
During your assessment, we will look for risk factors by measuring your key blood markers and analysing your urine. We’ll also assess your risk of developing diabetes in the next 10 years using these readings and information gathered from your Trium® questionnaire.
Our clinicians will then discuss your results with you to help manage your blood sugar levels moving forward. They’ll talk you through exercise, nutrition, and other lifestyle changes that can impact and reduce your risk of developing diabetes in the future.
-
Energy and sleep health
Sleep patterns and hygiene can be naturally improved with the help of tailored advice and a personalised coaching plan delivered by a Physiologist.
This module is ideal for those suffering with poor sleep and energy levels throughout the day.
-
Lifestyle management for healthy hearts
A healthy heart is essential for your overall health. The overall health of your heart largely depends on your lifestyle and the way you live. Regular exercise and healthy eating are significant for combating high blood pressure and high cholesterol, both of which can contribute to heart disease.
This module is ideal for assessing your risk of having a cardiovascular event in the next 10 years. It includes a health and lifestyle analysis and a review of your dietary and exercise habits. We’ll also look at your blood pressure, blood glucose levels*, cholesterol profile, and risk of developing serious conditions like heart disease.
Your Physiologist will also put together a heart disease prevention action plan with tailored lifestyle coaching and advice that’s unique to you and based on the findings collected during your assessment.
Certain genetic factors may also contribute to the health of your heart. If relevant, these will be discussed during your Health Assessment.
-
Healthy weight loss
Finding weight loss advice that works for your unique needs and lifestyle can seem difficult.
During this module, a Physiologist will guide you through the evidence so you can develop a deeper understanding of what really works for you.
Using our uniquely designed weight loss guide, you’ll set realistic goals, understand how to develop sustainable behaviour changes, and learn about calorie consumption and the relationship between activity levels and nutrition.

A comprehensive blood test measures cholesterol, sugar levels, liver and kidney function. A full blood count ensures red cells are at a healthy level and white cells are behaving normally.
During this module, a Doctor will perform age appropriate and gender specific screenings, including a prostate exam, a smear test, and the relevant HPV checks.
-
Sexual function
Sexual dysfunction is common and can have several causes.
With the help of a Doctor, we’ll analyse signs of reduced sex drive, erectile dysfunction in men and sexual discomfort in women.
We’ll have you take a blood test to review any potential hormonal or metabolic causes alongside a detailed lifestyle and psychological analysis to provide a complete and comprehensive picture of your overall sexual health.
-
STI screen
Specifically for non-symptomatic individuals, this module includes a non-invasive genital sample. We’ll also conduct a blood test to screen for sexually transmitted infections.
-
Alcohol consumption review
This module gives you dedicated time with a Doctor to discuss any concerns related to your alcohol consumption. You’ll received tailored advice and guidance if this is an area of concern for you.
-
Bowel cancer screening
Here, a Doctor will conduct a non-invasive colorectal cancer screening for individuals aged 40 and over, ensuring all patients in this age group receive a bowel cancer test (FIT kit).
This screening is particularly important for those whose age, risk factors, or family history place them at an increased risk of developing bowel cancer.
-
Routine heart check
A healthy heart is essential for good overall health. Understanding the health of your heart can help you make informed and tailored decisions about your diet, exercise routine, and lifestyle more broadly.
