Booking must be made during this time period, however actual appointment does not need to be within this time period. Patients must state at the time of booking that they are booking under the gym member discount and that they wish to claim the discount. If they do not do so, the offer will not be available. We are unable to apply the discount retrospectively. Patients must provide a valid Nuffield Health gym membership number and the promotional code GYM30 at the point of booking.
