Day Pass Bundle Promotion Terms and Conditions

This voucher belongs to you, the named voucher holder, and entitles you to visit your ‘Home Centre’ as a guest as indicated on the voucher bundle 5 times throughout a 3-month period. You have a maximum of 3 months to use all passes after such time the pass will become null and void and no exchange or refund will be provided. The start and end dates are clearly marked on the day pass bundle and will be used as confirmation of the end date.

You may use the centre if you have redeemed a Nuffield Health guest pass before and have agreed to our terms and conditions and in-centre terms of use and code of conduct. Every guest will be required to sign a PAR-Q form upon every visit to the centre. This voucher is personal to you the named holder, is not transferable for use by any other person and there is no cash alternative available.

Guest passes are for 1 day only which begins when the guest pass is redeemed in-centre. To use a guest pass, the guest must be 18 years or over. Each guest pass is for use by one person only – additional guests will not be permitted. Photographic ID of the guest will be required upon attendance.

Facilities vary per centre. Nuffield Health reserves the right to refuse use of the guest pass and/or access to and use of its facilities at its discretion. Where we refuse use or access due to your conduct or breach of our terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit. Where we refuse use or access for reasons within our control, such as health and safety concerns, we may at our sole discretion issue you with a refund, credit or alternative guest passes. Guests will not be able to book or participate in personal training sessions or group exercise classes.
